An experienced deeply passionate water utility executive, early career Josiah started a water/wastewater focused engineering, construction, & environmental consulting firm specializing on the intersection of water quality protection & utility system design. In 2010, he developed a strategy to acquire & recapitalize failing water & wastewater systems as an investor-owned utility company (IOU). That idea became Central States Water Resources, now the 13th largest IOU in the US operating across 10 states.
Josiah’s undergraduate degree is in environmental sciences from the University of Kansas, & he has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
