Leah Jones-Crank is a postdoctoral research scientist in the Earth Institute. Her research explores the collaborative governance within the food-energy-water nexus for improved management, governance, and decision-making of the integrated resource system. Using stakeholder engagement, social network analysis, and qualitative analysis, she has explored water governance and the food-energy-water nexus in the US and South Africa. Before joining Columbia, she completed a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia and her master’s and Ph.D. in Sustainability from Arizona State University.
