Water Efficiency Strategies for CATCH Harlem Properties
Community Assisted Tenant Controlled Housing, Inc. (CATCH) is a non-profit real estate developer that transforms distressed buildings in New York City into low-income housing. Recently, CATCH’s Harlem properties, approximately two-dozen buildings in the Harlem neighborhood area, have indicated high water consumption. The purpose of this research project is to understand the cause of the high water consumption and propose an implementable strategy for water-efficiency.
